...on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada - a mere 40 minute ferry ride and 35 minute drive north of Vancouver, British Columbia! Now that you've dropped in for a visit, I'll try to make you feel welcome.

Inspiration and creativity is as much a part of me as breathing.

A eureka moment years ago inspired a dream of being published. That original idea of relating stories of a small town in Eastern Ontario morphed into a murder mystery novel centred around an equestrienne, an Olympic hopeful.  JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS, the book,  has it's own horsey page.

That same inspiration feeds my hobby of creating wearable art, primarily using semi-precious gemstones: necklaces, bracelets, earrings. My unique, one of a kind pieces are available by appointment, custom orders or at regular Open Houses.  

The joy of passion is sharing it.

Heard about my GOLDEN LOTUS SHOES collection?  While living in China in 2002, I discovered the beauty and history of the centuries-old tradtion of Bound Feet. Although gradually phased out during the twentieth century, the myths and mysteries still remain. Based on an inspired, exquisite collection of 26 pairs of shoes and a prized selection of books on the controversial custom, I edited a summary and series of images in a booklet, and produced a series of fund-raising or informative presentations, all of which are available at any time for you or your group.

Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast welcomes you to our own garden of Eden, our hidden gem off the beaten track, described by those who do come, as a well-kept secret.
